Authorities are seeking the public's help locating a man who they say was involved in a Newark burglary and domestic violence incident.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Christopher Smith, 41, who is being charged with contempt, violation of a restraining order and burglary, police say.

The warrant was issued as a result of a domestic violence incident that occurred on the 100 block of West End Avenue on Wednesday, Jan. 29, according to police.
